Can I attend as a Featured Author?
All Featured Author spots are full at this time. You’re more than welcome to attend the event as a reader and hand out swag at meals if you’d like but we cannot add you to the signing or any other activities–that is for Featured Authors only. If you’re interested in donating books to the Welcome Bags please contact Charlotte at charlotteoliver85@gmail.com.
Something has come up and I need to request a refund. What do I do?

Please make sure you remember to cancel your hotel room as well if you booked one.
Why can I not find the name of the hotel?
Well…the short answer is we’ve been burned in the past by people who have booked rooms under our attendee group rate but not registered for the conference – in some cases our attendees were left without group rate rooms because of it. One of the perks of registering for the conference is that you receive discounted nightly rates – this year our $129/night rate is well under the regular rate of the hotel. For this reason we conceal the name of the hotel unless you’ve registered for the conference until after the expiration date on our group rate. Rest assured you will know the name of the hotel as soon as you register!
Where is KallypsoCon going next?
KallypsoCon 2024: Love is Love will likely be in Michigan. More information will be available in 2024.
Can I be a Volunteer?
Honestly the most work involved with KallypsoCon happens BEFORE the event! Because of that reason we don’t need volunteers or event staff to help it run. Thanks for your interest!
