In order to meet our severe financial obligations with the hotel this year, no refund is guaranteed. However, if we sell out all 80 spots and have a waiting list, we will do what we can to buy back your spot and offer it to another attendee.  

Please make sure you remember to cancel your hotel room immediately, as well. Due to the limited number of rooms we were able to secure with this hotel, if you would let Charlotte know ahead of time, she might be able to transfer someone else into that reservation at that lower rate.
