All sales are final for books or merchandise purchased from the Kally’s Shop. Items may be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order for an exchange of an equal item. Unworn clothing can be replaced with a different size, if necessary. All tees in the Shop are unisex, cotton Hanes tees that fit true-to-size, nothing is fitted. Please order the size tee you would normally wear. If you wish to return any part of your order, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information before sending your order back to us. The return-shipping fee is your responsibility.
At Kallypso Masters’s and her designees’ discretion, books or damaged due to shipping mishaps, non-delivery, errors—whether in manufacturing, printer, binding, inscription (other than those made by the person placing the order), or signature—may be replaced in accordance with the original order received. If a paperback book was heavily damaged in transit by the shipping service, please file a claim within 7 days of receipt by sending one or more photos showing the damage. Claims should be sent to email@example.com. Initial shipping and handling fees cannot be reimbursed, but the customer won’t be charged again for mailing a replacement order. Claims will be evaluated, responded to, and processed within 30 days.
If you order e-books from my web site and there are any formatting issues, please first contact customer service at BookFunnel to request a replacement. If the file submitted by Kallypso Masters, LLC, is damaged, they will inform me to submit a new file. But they can handle most technical problems more efficiently than we can.
